Hi, I’m Bridget — a chef nutritionist with a degree in Clinical Dietetics and Culinary Nutrition, and founder of The Well Fed Method™.
I help busy professionals feel better in their bodies, have more energy, and eat in a way that actually works for their lifestyle — without the stress of planning, cooking, or second-guessing what’s “healthy.”

Over the years, I’ve had the unique experience of working in two very different but deeply connected roles — as a nutritionist and as a personal chef. Each role taught me something important, but also revealed a gap in how people are supported when it comes to nourishing their bodies.
With a degree in Clinical Dietetics and Culinary Nutrition, I’ve been able to bridge the gap between science and real life — translating nutrition theory into meals that are not only good for you, but genuinely enjoyable and easy to maintain.
As a nutritionist, I saw how overwhelming and confusing nutrition advice can be. People are often handed meal plans or guidelines that don’t fit their real lives, tastes, or schedules. The theory is there, but the practical, everyday application is missing. It’s one thing to know what you *should* eat, and another entirely to make it happen consistently.
On the flip side, my time as a personal chef showed me that meal prep services often focus solely on the food — delivering meals without addressing the bigger picture. While the meals might be delicious and convenient, clients are often left without the tools or guidance to sustain healthy habits long term. Without the “why” behind the food, it’s easy to slip back into old patterns.
I realized there was a missing link — a need for a service that combines expert nutrition knowledge with culinary expertise, and pairs it with personalized coaching to empower lasting change. This inspired me to create The Well Fed Method™.
